This is an additional spool for my Spool-It christmas light storage system. These spools slot into the cradle in seconds and allow you to quickly deploy or store thousands of feet of holiday lighting!  
Spools ship flat and require minimal assembly.  You'll need a mallet or hammer and about one minute per spool.
 
Optional polyurethane coating protects the wood surface from stains and scratches.

Stacking spools - grooved edges allow the spools to stack nicely on your shelves
Quick attachment - with your cordless drill, you can put a spool on the system axle and into the deployment cradle in about ten seconds   
Plenty of space  - 400' of a typical small-bulb LED string will fit on each spool.  
Use the included clips to connect shorter strings end-to-end
